FAIRINO presents latest V6.0 cobots at China International Industry FAIR in Shanghai

On the 19th, the 23rd China International Industry Fair (CIIF) officially kicked off at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). As a domestic priority to realize the supply chain innovation, collaborative robot popularizer, FAIRINO with its V6.0 version of the entire product matrix in booth 8.1H-A030. Presenting a vivid interpretation of the popularization of collaborative robots in various fields for the visitors.

V6.0 version of the full product matrix unveiled

FAIRINO V6.0 version of the entire product line, based on the original version, has been upgraded in its entirety. FAIRINO has introduced a collection of six common scenarios of efficient processes to help users complete their work efficiently and quickly.

There is an offline simulation platform constructed, with the help of camera, it can realize the restoration and 100% matching of the application scene, and help novices to preview the function in the platform, troubleshoot the difficulties and improve the efficiency of use.

In the application integration of collaborative robots, taking into account the actual needs of integration: less space, high compatibility and adaptability requirements, we have made the control box smaller size (245*280*46.5mm, excluding protruding objects), compared with the previous generation of the control box volume reduced by 62.35%, to save more space for the integration.

The current FAIRINO V6.0 version enables compatibility with many brands on the market.

The upgrade of FAIRINO V6.0 also brought more exciting function upgrades to robot applications, and the on-site demonstrations of welding, palletizing, and moxibustion applications made a big splash.

Welding Application

The welding trolley uses V6.0 version FR5 for integration, the overall length and size of the robot joints are reduced by 17.2mm compared with the previous version of the overall height, and the axle spacing is reduced by 28mm, so that the operation of the body is more responsive; for the welding scenario, there is an offline welding simulation software, which performs mechanical simulation for the welded parts, collision detection, and 3D guidance, and makes prediction of the welding work, so as to ensure that the welding work is carried out in a highly efficient manner.

Palletizing applications

The palletizing workstation is integrated with the FR20 version V6.0, which supports the writing of palletizing programs in ChatGPT and the automatic generation of palletizing programs. In addition, the palletizing workstation supports graphical setup of pallet types, one-to-one display of pallets and palletized items, quick search for accurate palletizing points with the help of drag-and-drop to carry out the work, and data traceability throughout the whole process, which improves the efficiency of palletizing operations by more than 30%.

Moxibustion Application

As a popular application of FAIRINO, the moxibustion robot has currently received a national Class II medical license. This moxibustion robot has now opened offline experience stores in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Suzhou, Zibo, Weihai, Qingdao, Tianjin, Beijing and other cities in China.
